Backorders

We work our best at fully stocking our product line, but occasionally an item will be out of stock.  If this is the case, we will contact the customer directly to inform them of this.  After discussing the situation, the customer can decide how they want to proceed with the order. 

Most backordered items are in stock within 3-5 business days.

Any Backordered items are shipped out at no extra shipping charges.
We understand the importance of getting orders to our customers in a timely manner, however, we Do Not Express Ship any backordered items.
