Emails About Your Order

It is important for us to keep you informed about the progress of your order. There are several emails you may receive from us.


Thank you for your order- This email confirms that your order has been received and includes your order confirmation number. Please reference your confirmation number if you need to ever contact costumer service.

Your order has been shipped- This email lets you know that your order has been shipped. This email includes a tracking number for your shipment.

Backorder Notice-
We work our best at fully stocking our product line, but occasionally an item will be out of stock.  In the event of this, we will email you to let you know that one or more items you ordered is on backorder.

Unable to process credit card- This email lets you know when there is a problem processing your credit card. We'll send this notice twice before canceling your order.

If you don't receive any emails from us, please contact a customer service representative. It is likely that the email address we have is incorrect.
