Custom Made and Personalized Items
Custom made and personalized items can NOT be returned. However, if we made the items incorrectly per your instructions we will be happy to make an exchange or return. If there is a problem with your order please contact a customer service representative.

New Condition
All items should be returned in new condition. We do not accept returns on excessively worn or customer-damaged items.
