If you need to return an item(s) and want to re-order the same item(s) in a different size or color, we will offer you FREE SHIPPING (within the continental US) on your replacement order. Please call us toll free at 1-866-289-2387 and speak to one of our customer service representatives. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return as outlined below.

Use our Return Label for a flat fee of $7.50

For ALL returns we ask that you call us toll free at 1-866-289-2387 so that a customer service representative can issue you a RA# (Return Authorization Number). We will email you a Return Label for a flat fee of $7.50. All you have to do is simply secure your package for return, attach the Return Label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. As soon as, we receive your return we will credit you your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. We make a strong effort to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt of the package.

All returns from outside the continental US or from APO & FPO boxes will need to be mailed back directly from the customer. Please mail packages to 5326 E. Independence Blvd Charlotte, NC 28212.
