We do not accept Exchanges.

For ALL returns we ask that you call us toll free at 1-866-289-2387 so that a customer service representative can issue you a Return Authorization Number and we will email you a Return Label. No payment is necessary when you mail your package using the pre-addressed return label, however, a return fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your credit upon receipt of your return. All you have to do is simply secure your package for return, attach the Return Label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. As soon as, we receive your return we will credit you your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.

Only returns from within the United States can use the pre-addressed return label. If you are returning from outside the U.S. or choose not to use the pre-addressed return label, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the appropriate address. If you do not use the pre-addressed return label, you will not incur the $9.95 return fee.
